Keith Dawson has been involved in the real estate industry since 1998. Starting as an environmental consultant and progressing into the title industry he learned many different aspects of the industry that the average agent would not. In 2004 he got his real estate license and his well-rounded experiences continue to benefit both his seller and buyer clients. In 2012 Keith continued to expand his business forming The Dawson Team to more efficiently serve his dedicated clients.


Katie Blandi started her career as an administrative assistant at a residential real estate company in 2008 and later joined a commercial firm as a marketing director and property manager assistant. In 2015 Katie joined the team as an assistant and became a licensed sales agent. Here she incorporates all of her dynamic rolls into one as a Client Service Coordinator, assisting in all aspects of the sale.


Jordan Caroleo became licensed in 2016 and joined The Dawson Team in 2017. He dedicates all of his efforts into maximizing value to his clients. Prior to becoming a sales agent Jordan spent over 5 years in the managerial position, providing excellent guidance to his associates and first-rate service to his customers. He continues to use this experience when serving his clients.


Nancy McElroy first established herself in South Carolina over 20 years ago where she owned and operated her own successful brokerage. Since relocating back to Long Island in 2001, and joining the team in 2016, Nancy has represented clients in both Suffolk and Nassau Counties. Using her extensive knowledge of the trade, her forte proves to be helping first-time clients achieve their goals as smooth as possible.


Ashley Muller received her license in 2017 and was excited to start her career with a seasoned team. With over 13 years of experience in the customer service and sales industry she is able to identify the specific needs of each of her clients. Her passion for architecture and interior design also made for an easy transition into real estate.
